Luka here.
Saturday night at Rosso Notte and the place was already bangin before the first note hit. Sixty three avatars packed into the venue, local chat scrolling fast, that electric pre show buzz you only get when people know something good is about to happen.
This was not soft piano confessional Amforte.
She put the guitar and piano away for this one. What we got instead was power. Less fragile. More fire. A set leaning hard into punchy covers, layered originals, and pure stage command.
And the crowd was absolutely with her.
Sugar, Sweat, and Crowd Noise
She kicked into Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar On Me” in that unmistakable sultry tone of hers. She laughed between verses, teased the crowd, stretched certain words just enough to make them her own. It was playful. It was gritty. It was fun.
Local chat exploded.
“☆ ::::::: ★ ☆ T U N E ! ! ! ☆ ★ ::::::: ☆”
“hell yeahhhh girllll singg itttt”
“I LOVE THIS SONG”
And when someone dropped the classic
🎶 🎤 🎶 Aρρℓαυsє 🎶 🎤 🎶?
She fed right off it.
Amforte does not just sing at you. She invites you in.
Darker Turns and Big Moments
By request she moved into Nine Inch Nails “Right Where It Belongs.” A brave choice. A haunting one. She stripped it back vocally and leaned into the phrasing. You could feel the room quiet in that way only a powerful ballad can command.
Then she pivoted.
Nirvana “In Bloom.”
Hole “Doll Parts.”
Marilyn Manson “Sweet Dreams Are Made of This.”
That last one was massive. Dark, theatrical, almost cinematic. Her voice carried weight without losing control. It felt dangerous in the best way.
When legendary Live Music host Adrianna Biziou called out for “I Need a Hero”, Amforte delivered it with full throttle energy. Adrianna declared in chat: ♡oₒ٭ ᴛʜɪs sɪɴɢᴇʀ ɪs Ⓐ٭Ⓜ٭Ⓐ٭Ⓩ٭Ⓘ٭Ⓝ٭Ⓖ ٭ₒo♡
Hard to argue.
The Song That Means Something
Then came her all time favorite.
The Verve “Bittersweet Symphony.”
Before she sang it, she talked about how she can listen to that song on repeat for weeks. You could tell it matters to her. And when she started, it was different.
The emphasis. The pauses. The way she leaned into certain words like they held a personal memory. It did not feel like a cover song... It felt like we were riding shotgun on an emotional journey.
That is the thing about Amforte. Even when she is singing someone else’s lyrics, she somehow makes them feel autobiographical.
The Close
She closed the hour with Lewis Capaldi “Something in the Heavens.”
My personal favorite from her recent rotation. Big, emotional, soaring. The kind of song that lets her stretch vocally while still keeping that raw honesty she is known for.
And just like that, the hour was gone.
The Artist Behind the Voice
AMFORTE is not just a Second Life performer. She is a Canadian born recording artist, vocalist, pianist, and guitarist with real world radio play and accolades under her belt. Her album Trust Me. and years of live performance across both physical and virtual stages show in the confidence and polish of her shows.
What makes her stand out is range. She can do fully acoustic intimacy. She can do produced high energy sets. She can flip between fragile originals and powerhouse rock covers without losing identity.
Saturday night at Rosso Notte was proof of that versatility.
Final Take
Great hour of music.
High energy.
Heavy crowd engagement.
Strong mix of original spirit and bold covers.
If you are not already in her group, join it. She performs regularly across the grid and each show brings something slightly different.
And if you cannot be there in person, you already know what I am going to say.
Tune in on SLiveMusic.com.
After Amforte wrapped, the stage turned over to Coralie,
Not a bad Saturday night lineup.
Luka approved.
See you on the floor!
